Since the start in 2015, Ildfast has had a very good development, delivered many good projects and gained many satisfied customers. That is why we are hiring more talented colleagues.
In order for us to maintain our high standard, in the autumn of 2022 we had a good process of hiring several new employees. In collaboration with Adecco Follo, Ildfast has had a process where we have recruited externally and developed our own employees for new positions internally.
In addition to strengthening the administration, we have employed personnel in technical drawing, project managers and fitters. In total, Ildfast now has 22 permanent employees who all want to contribute to Ildfast being the best place to work.
We warmly welcome all new arrivals this year to Team Ildfast, and hope they have already established challenging and exciting working days with us!
